Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Reservations: All cooking class reservations must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. 2. Class Availability: Classes are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to ensure your preferred date. 3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards or E-Transfers. 4. Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your class, date, time, and location. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be treated as cancellations. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the class and have not provided notice, your payment will be forfeited. Waitlist Policy 1. Waitlist Availability: If a class is fully booked, you may request to be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. 2. Notification: If a spot opens up, you will have 24 hours to confirm your attendance by completing your payment. If we do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, we will offer the spot to the next person on the waitlist. 3. No Charge: Being on the waitlist does not incur any charge until you confirm your attendance.
